Description
This harvest was from 2023, from the late Dandy Dharmawan. The beans go through an anaerobic fermentation for 3 days, before pulped and dried to a pinkish mucilage, hence the name pink honey. This is from our private reserve, but we would like you to have a try on this exceptional coffee.
