A smooth Rwandan base sets the tone with mellow hibiscus aromatics, raspberry-like acidity, and a refreshing lemon-tea finish as it cools. It’s layered with Simalem’s Indonesian wet-hulled, raspberry-infused coffee—adding a bold, juicy twist.
 
To elevate the experience, we’ve added our very own Dewefrei (Excelsa)—a rare and often overlooked species within the Coffea family. Grown in low altitudes but bursting with high-acid complexity, this variety is known for its unique ability to lift and stretch the flavor profile of a blend. 
In this cup, Dewefrei acts like a propeller of sweetness—bringing clarity, fruit-forward depth, and an almost candy-like finish that lingers joyfully.
