About the event
Singapore Coffee Week is the annual celebration of the city’s specialty coffee scene, organised by the Singapore Coffee Association. Running 5–8 November 2026 at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, it brings together roasters, baristas and coffee lovers for exhibitions, tastings, masterclasses and national barista championships — all under one roof.
About the Coffee:
One of Specialty Coffee's rarest find — Liberica has long been hard to commercialise. Its big, fat cherries carry thick mucilage but yield only small beans, and with 10kg of cherries reducing to just 1kg of green, the economics rarely justified the effort. For years it wasn’t clear anyone would buy it.
Modern processing has changed that. Done right, Liberica shows potential far beyond expectation — and as demand for unique coffees grows, so does the case for it. We’re proud to present this Liberica from Mount Kawi, East Java, Indonesia.
